The education program provides sponsored children the following:
Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.
Although the advancement of technology and the opportunities to gain knowledge are continuously increasing in developed countries, there is a staggering number of children who still do not have access to basic education. In Haiti, just a little over 50% of primary school-age children are enrolled in school. In addition, children who complete secondary school consists of less than 2%.
An individual donation of $25, $50 or more per month will go toward the education program expenses, i.e. textbooks, school supplies and teachers’ salary
$4000 provides training for the children, desks for school and salaries for teachers
$25,000 provides a vocational trade, i.e. sewing, mechanic skills for 280 young adults
$35,000 covers the cost of tuitions, uniforms, textbooks and basic school supplies for 375 children
