Support Missionaries Jesse and Katrina Ferrel

We are a young couple born and raised in Washington State. Currently, we work with the Bonney Lake Ocelots Pathfinder Club. While attending the 2017 Washington Conference Camp Meeting, we met Jean and learned about the needs of Orphans International Helpline. After praying about the needs, seeing how our life experiences can benefit the people of Haiti, and feeling the call to serve,  we have decided to answer God’s call.  We will move to Haiti and support the OIH well drilling projects and serve in others ways as the Lord leads. To fulfill the call, we will need sponsorship. Our goal is to move to Haiti in August 2018. We are looking forward to serving the people of Bombardopolis.

Jesse has experience in auto mechanics, management, landscaping, carpentry, sales, public relations, roadside assistance, Pathfinder leadership, summer camp kitchen staff, and training in EMT. He has volunteered with Pathfinders, church construction and maintenance, and audio/visual support. He enjoys hiking, music, reading, working on cars, building projects, interacting with young people, problem solving, and thinking outside the box.

Katrina has experience in phlebotomy, shipping and receiving, search and rescue, Pathfinder Master Guide, some early childhood training, medical CPR, and First Aid. She has volunteered in Beginners II at Camp Meeting, as a colporteur, and with Tacoma Adventist Community Services. She loves children, photography, Pathfinders, knitting, crocheting, counted cross stitch, cooking, baking, and backpacking.

Please keep us in your prayers as we follow God’s call.
